Միքելանճելոյի հանրայայտ գործին մէջ, Ադամը թոյլ, անօգնական արարած մը չէ, այլ կենսունակ եւ լիովին կազմաւորուած մարդը։ Հաւասար ըլլալով Աստուծոյ իր չափերով եւ մարմնական տեսքով, ան ուղիղ կը նայի Արարիչի աչքերուն՝ բանականութեան շնորհիւ։ Ափ մը հող՝չէ՝ կը փոխանցէ անսահման ներուժի, հանգիստ ինքնավստահութեան եւ մարդկային արժանապատւութեան զգացում ․ գաղափար մը, զոր շեշտած են բազմաթիւ արուեստաբաններ Միքելանճելոյի գործի մեկնաբանութեանց մէջ։ Վերածնունդի մարդոց համար, վերջնական մարդկայնութիւնը այն է, երբ հոգին կը ձգտի վեր՝ դէպի Աստուած։ Միքելանճելոյի համար դէպի Աստուած դառնալը կը նշանակէ դառնալ մարդ։ Մարդկային արժանապատւութիւնը Աստուծոյ դիմելու ազատութիւնն ու կարողութիւնն է։
